MEMBER REGISTRATIONS & TERMS

1. What are the advantages when a new member join?

   When a new member joins

   • Legal Terms of Services - Any who signs up has to have a real email address. From then you'll receive an email from us and set your profile to approval.
     
   • Modify my Profile - Members are allow to give a brief description about themselves and set a profile avatar. You may also have other features from your profile which may or may not be used from this site by your interest.
     
   • Invite others (Local Medias & Emails) - When signing up to this site, you can invite others as part of your own contribution to help this community grow.
   • Access to other APPS pages. This will give you the full extent of our site's database and networking.
     

2. What are the ranks of Limited, Moderator, and Admin on Member's Profiles are for?

   Default permissions members Limited Members - Unable to view APPS pages nor leave comments. Members - They can view password-protected content leave comment, and post in certain areas. Moderator - They can view password-protected content, leave comments, and edit existing comments and certain areas. Admins/Owners - Able to edit the main site's database. Add/Delete Pages, Change Templates, Delete Members Account, and all other power Moderators held.   Our forum is seperate from this site and has fewers titles and rank. They may be achived in posts. But know all ranks and powers matters on the behaviors you display throughout the Konami World Championship site projects.

3. What are my current default position from participating in activities from the site only?

   Default permissions for new members

   • Limited Members - They cannot view password-protected APPS content. Thus they cannot comment them nor post.
   • Members - They can view password-protected content leave comment and post in certain areas.

4. What are the rules to follow here from the site?

   1.) Be Respectful. Do not insult, flame, or just plain offend anyone. If you use symbols to bypass the censored words, you will be warned.

    

   
   

   2.) Stay On Topic. This rule speaks for itself. Stay on topic as much as possible.

    

   
   

   3.) Do Not Spam. Spamming means using the same words over and over again. It is also unrelated to the topic/post or it's just plain nonsense.

    

   
   

   4.) Don't Recreate Topics or Double Post. This includes making multiple topics too. No one likes to read the same topics that were already made. Though it may be forgiven if an old topic gets very old, and no one remembers it exists. When replying to a topic, just hit the reply button once to avoid it being posted twice.

    

   
   

   5.) Do Not Impersonate Admins, Mods, or Any Other Member. This is disrespectful to that particular person if you do so even if you mean to fool the members. There will be strict penalties if broken.

    

   
   

   6.) Do Not Create Multiple Accounts for mischief. If multiple accounts are detected, admins can easily find out who you are.

   If you create one to "break" certain rules or to avoid scarring your main account's reputation. Both accounts will be secured by the appointed staff for deciding the outcome of the accounts, with possible deletion. (If you've been active and you want to change your name, you can easily PM the admins to change it if you have a good reason.)

    

   
   

   7.) Do Not Use Inappropriate or Huge Images. This includes images in your avatar, signature and images in a post. Don't use wallpaper-size images. Signatures shouldn't be too large even with text. If it gets too big, you will be warned.

    

   
   

   8.) Do Not Link to Inappropriate Websites. You are allowed to post links in your profile or your signature, or if it's really needed to explain something you've posted. Don't link to dangerous sites. Also, do not advertise. The only links that KWC accept is youtube, and blogspot links. Other links will be verified when posted.

    

   
   

   9) Do Not Repost Copyrighted Material or Topics. Don't copy someone else's post from another site. Most likely it'll be their own Walkthrough that they worked hard on.

    

   
   

   10) Any sort of disruption to the community will result in disciplinary action. Do not disrupt the community in any way. The sort of penalty here may result in a lifetime ban depending on your actions.

    

   
   

   11) Do not share illegal content. These include ISOs, BIOS files, serials, hacked software or links related to illegal content

    

5. How do I become a Staff?

   If you'd like to work with me as a staff member, then follow this small task bellow. And when requesting to be on the staff team of KWC, you must be friendly to have at least 5 ongoing messages about your intention on the joining.

   •  Mods - If you are requesting to be a mod, you should show me some skills of your professions.

   • TCG maybe, net skills whatnot. Sometimes it may be pursuant skills, or graphic art skills. Anything that would be a help to us on our forum community.
   • Be sure to be a realists about what you do. Do not just come to this site and all the sudden want to be a staff, because there's a long term of 7 month services we required from you. If you plan to be absent at times visit the staff corner and let us know.
   • Anyone above the age of 14 and up can be a Moderator to the KonamiWorldChampionship.webs.com site. When you are you'll be assign with special occupation on the forum. (Please note that you don't get **money** when working with us)

   • Admins - If you request to be an Administrator, you must be really on getting me persuasive enough to do so. Note that an Administrator is one of the highest head leader of a site community, so know what "Admins" are before making a laughing stock out of your self.

   • The first thing that all Admins are is a closest friend to me. Sometimes you might have known me in school, which could make you an easy admin if I know the type of person you are and I know I can trust you and you would not let me down.
   • If not, you can first start by signing up to the site's forum and post, as well as understanding some posts and help out if you can.
   • Lastly, you must be 18 or above to work on the administration team. If your birthday will come, your approval will be pending and may become a Mod and work for 7 month then, you'll become an Admin.

Yu-Gi-Oh! World Championship Search and Download

1. Where can I find the Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's World Championship 2010?

   - This comment will likely show 2 two things.

   
   

   1) You are too lazy to get up and order it on stores. The easiest way is that you can visit any game store (such as Gamestop, etc) and pre-order it. When they have it they should call you or E-mail you.

   
   

   2) You are ignorant. I made sure this site has everything related to the games. Like I provided free download of the latest Emulator 2.6a and the game's external site links found from romsite. (download the site's Toolbar to have this feature)

2. When is the next World Championship game is coming out?

   OMG! You people are stressing Konami too much lol.
   
   For example, back on July a friend of mine had already got sick playing WC 08 and said he's waiting for 09. July!! What good does that do Konami if they kept on making these games three times a year? Notice they included the years like 05, 06, 07, 08.
   
   You want to play other releases games, they have other games beside World Championships. There are Tag force 2 which is way advance than Yu-Gi-Oh! World Championship on the cards. Bu heh, good luck with finding people to duel online.
   
   This December they'll have Tag force 3. So that's good enough.
   
   - - The World Championship series are meant to gather players world wide each year to show off with strategies beside playing with the real TCG. That's the purpose of creating those games. It's sorta of a business or a ticket to enter the next Vacation tournament. Though people may not see it that way. As for myself of being a support of Konami, every day I kept on getting message aka spams of people kept on saying, "when will Konami releases the next World Championship game?" They aren't seeing the big picture that there are other Yu-Gi-Oh! games beside World Championships.
   
   Konami is not stupid. They know the game gets old eventually, that's why in a year there are at least 4 new YGO games for different systems. Next year Feb there should be a new game for Wii. This Dec there should be Tag force 3 for PSP.
   
   The World Championship series are Summer's fun stuff so I might get a news from the latest one staring on February. Like on Nov I got the news of WC 08 that it was already out in Japan, and on Dec 4th they ship it to America. (This is what people used to spammed me with, the year of 2008, therefore any similar question relate to that will make me not respond to you)

How do I Contribute/Participate on the APPS and Password protected pages?

1. Main (Blog)

   1. Before creating a new Blog post only follow the site's blog style. Post about TCG and if you are from the forum you may post about the activities hosted there (such as Tourneys).

   
   

   2. Blogger that talks about self-creativity and or is not associated with this site's basic will refer to account blocked from the user that submitted it. Also Bloggers that links to other sites will be instantly deleted and will refer to as copyright infringement material.

2. Forum

   1. Before you create a new thread, make sure that you create it in the proper category and the topic hasn’t been discussed before.

   
   

   2. Creation of identical threads in different sections and posting similar messages in different threads is prohibited.

    

   
   

3. Video

   1. Post about video that follow the categories of the appropriate sessions. You may approach the site's owner to add new category only if it deemed relevant of your reporting issues.

   
   

   2. Do Not post videos that are too vague and inappropriate contents such as Pornography or Racism/discrimination of a race or a culture; even of someone's work.

4. Screenshot (Photo)

   1. Post any Photo of only animated and TCG.OCG type. Please label the Photos posted and try not to misdirect your photo to someone else album. You may also want to help fill an album of more photos from the category listed.

   
   

   2. Real Life Photos or any other non-animated, TCG, and OCG are strictly forbidden. Only Card Maker Design are allow.

Others

1. Legal/Illegal

   Is this site legal? Yes! I work hard designing, and searching for tons of articles summarizing them from other 1st party sites that are either affiliated with or is entirely yugioh based,

   
   

   Other sites copy to ours sometimes, which we stop going after of "hey you stole our blog"! It's just waste of timing so don't bother sending us something like that thinking it will help us.

   
   

   Also, should a member post from our blog and it gets approved un-noticeably send us several warnings. Just 1 Warning might be ignore due to the large traffic and activities at this site. If so, you can deal with the person personally without us getting evolved.
   

2. Bug Error

   "Oops! There was a temporary glitch with this application. We have been notified of the problem and will be repairing it. Please feel free to go back and try again."

   
   

   - This happens because this site is made from webs.com. They are still making improvements, which sometimes causes "Error while loading page" Report it so I can notify the founders of Webs.com to fix it.

   - This happens because it might be involve of changing templates or other Link checks. Likely I'll disable all pages except for the forum page. But do report other Bugs if you find any which does not include from the ones above.
